HOW TO PRESS ROSIN WITH MICRON ROSIN FILTER BAGS
Making rosin is pretty simple if you have all the necessary supplies and equipment. Before starting the process, make sure you have:
1.Rosin press machine.
2.micron rosin press bag.
3.Your starter product.
4.parchment paper
To make rosin, you must follow these steps:
1.Break down the large buds into smaller ones (you can skip this step if you are using another product).
2.Turn on your press to the desired temperature and let it warm up while you prepare your bag.
3.Fill your rosin press bag with products. The bag should not be too full as this will cause it to leak when you press it, contaminating the extract.
4. Fold the micron filter bag to form a pillow shape.
5.Wrap your micron filter bag between two sheets of parchment paper. The paper will capture the extracted rosin.
6.Place your rosin bag on the previously heated rosin press.
7.Gently lower the top plate and let it rest on the sack for about 15 to 20 seconds. This helps prepare it to be firmly pressed by heating the inside.
8.Slowly and gently apply pressure and lock the board in place.
Wait the allotted time (about a minute or two, depending on the product you're using), and then remove the sack from the press.
9.Let everything sit for a few minutes and cool down. You can put it in the freezer or place an ice pack underneath it to speed up the cooling process. You can also choose to wait for it to cool on its own.
10.Use a dabber tool (or similar) to scrape the extract off the paper and place in a container.
11.Dispose of used parchment and micron rosin bags.
